How I farm is different….
Sustainable market gardening that focuses on building top-soil. By not tilling and always keeping the soil covered I prevent erosion of top-soil, this also creates conditions where earthworms and soil micro-organisms can thrive. They make nutrients and minerals available to plants without using synthetic fertilisers. Pests, diseases and weeds also have much less impact in healthy plants -thereby avoiding the use of sprays.
It is the healthiest way to farm, and benefits both consumers and the planet.
